AGRINVEST CREDIT I.F.N.

In order to cover our partners requirements, but also to support their business development, Agrinvest S.R.L. obtained during January 2020, the approval from the National Bank of Romania for the establishment of a Non Banking Financial Institution.

Thus, on February 1, 2020, Agrinvest Credit IFN SA started its lending activity, having as final mission the growth of the Romanian agriculture sector.

The financing products are addressed mainly towards small and medium farmers, with limited access to the tradional bank financing.

In addition to the simple credit documentation, another competitive advantage is that our analysing and approval flows are specially designed to ensure a fast respons to the farmers credit requests.

We guarantee a 24 hours loan decision time from the receipt of the complete lending documentation and a maximum 3 days from the credit contracts signing for the loan disbursement.

We offer the following financing products:

working capital loans, necessary for the cereals production cycle, covering the acquisition of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, gas, equipments spare parts and maintainance works or salaries and budget payments;
medium and long term loans to support investments in agricultural equipment, storage capacities, irrigation systems, vegetable or zootechnical farms and arable land acquisition.

The proposed collaterals vary between promissory notes, cereal crops pledge, agricultural equiments, APIA subsidies, cereals purchasing contracts or mortgages on arable land or real estate.

The financing period can reach 1 year for the working capital loans and 7 years for the long term loans and the repayment schedule is established together with the farmers, considering the cereals harvesting periods.
