In today’s business environment, human resources and management plays an important role in the success of our society.Personnel structure of the company initially comprised a small number of employees (14 people), developing along the way, with the growth and development of the company, currently reaching a total number of more than 150 employees.

We are concerned with creating a working climate within the normal limits, respecting labor laws and contractual rules on hygiene and safety and the rights and obligations of collective and individual employees.

The desire to have competent people together, promote the fundamental values that are the bedrock of good collaboration: professionalism, team spirit, efficiency, quality and innovation.
